If you do not want the Student Health Insurance Plan, you must decline or opt-out of coverage by submitting a waiver. You may only opt-out of coverage during the following Waiver Periods:
Summer B: 07/08/2024 - 08/05/2024
Fall: 08/21/2024 - 10/09/2024
Winter: 11/27/2024 - 01/08/2025
Spring/Summer: 03/04/2025 - 04/10/2025
Summer A: 06/03/2025 - 07/01/2025
